Waiting time is ludicrous and absolutely no idea where you are in the queue and when you mught be seen.

Waiting times are so long and there is no indication where you are in the queue. At least if you knew it was a 3 or 4 hour wait you could plan better. Being seen and then left for 2-3 hours with no communication and then have another 5 minute discussion and wait a further 2-3 hours is very frustrating. In total have been here for 10 hours, am still waiting a CT scan, will then have to wait a further 2-3 hours to get the result of the CT scan. Once you are seen you seem yo just go to the back of the queue and have to start all over again rather than being seen and dealt with in one go.

I understand the volume of patients, but maybe communication in regards to test results should be made clear to the patient/parents.
